Refund and Returns Policy

At Simna LDN, we strive to provide you with high-quality scarves that you will absolutely adore and cherish. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. That’s why we have crafted a simple and customer-friendly returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Scarves must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns should be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact simnaldn@gmail.com. Provide your order number and/or receipt and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
Refunds and Exchanges:
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly assist you in selecting a different scarf of equal value. Additional charges may apply if the chosen scarf has a higher price.
  • In the case of exchanges, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees associated with sending the original item back to us, as well as the shipping costs for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on scarves that have been worn or used.
  • Personalized or custom-made scarves are also non-returnable, unless they are defective or there was an error in customization.
Quality Guarantee:
  • We take immense pride in the quality of our scarves. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
